She is a trail-blazer in the business of development and promotion of her expansive spectrum of clients from individual people to large, multi-million dollar organizations.

Stephanie Figeroux is Lord and Tucker Management Consultants, LLC’s Operations and HR Manager. Ms. Figeroux is well-versed and highly equipped with multiple aptitudes that accompany her Professional in Human Resources ® (PHR) certification which include, but are not limited to: personnel management, budgeting, government, event management and team building. A professional with over 20 years of experience in both the corporate and government sector, she received her Master’s in Human Resource Management in 2013 after accomplishing her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management and her Associate’s in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
Ms. Figeroux brings unparalleled expertise to the LTMC, LLC team in her strategic efforts to further enhance LTMC, LLC’s HR concerns by implementing and monitoring human resource policies, practices, and programs while evaluating and maintaining professional rapport both internal to LTMC, LLC and with its external respected clients.

Rose Jackson is a retired federal servant from the U.S. Census Bureau where she served as the Bureau Career Manager (BCM) for the nearly 400 Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC-C/FAC-CORs/FAC-PPMs) in the Acquisition Community for many years. Her training background includes: Instructional Development for Decennial Operations, Educational Specialist for Information Technology, and served as a Certificated Professional Facilitator for specific projects focus groups. She received her Master’s Certificate in Program and Project Manager from George Washington University and she holds a Honorary Degree in Intermediate Education from Saint Augustine’s University in Raleigh NC with a concentration in Visual Art. Her Business studies include: Professional and Business Ethics at Anna Arundel Community College, Annapolis, Maryland, and International Management from the University of Maryland University College, AFB. Ms. Jackson served as a Level 3 Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC-COR), and the Project Manager for Contract Closeouts and Internal Controls in Acquisitions Division. She also served on the Section 508 Council for over 16 years and received U. S. Census Bureau Bronze Medal for her work with Process Improvement Teams.
Outside of her work environment, Ms. Jackson enjoys begin a grandmother, a children’s book author, a visual artist who once opened her Upper Marlboro, MD home to the community for 14 years for her Children’s Art Program. The Saturday art program was highlighted in the Washington Post New Business Section, and the Community TV Youth Programs in Kettering, MD. The art program was developed under the guidance of the Southern Maryland College Women’s Business Institute.
